Training Funds

KY WINS (Workforce Investment Network System)--a program of the KY Community & Technical College System (KCTCS)--provides funding to companies who are willing to invest in their employees through a structured training program. Designated training experts at Jefferson's Community and Economic Development program work with companies to access these funds through a simple application process.

Benefits and Features:

KY WINS will...

• Pay the company's share, up to 65%, for KCTCS courses
• Invoice companies for up to 35% of the cost

Jefferson Community and Technical College will...

• Consult with companies to develop training plans for employees
• Customize courses to meet specific training & education needs
• Identify other companies to form partnerships for cost-effective training
• Coordinate all aspects of the training: location, equipment, curriculum, materials, certified instructor
