How do I enroll in a Learn Anytime course?
Students must request enrollment through the Kentucky Virtual Campus, as this is where you will access the course. For directions on requesting enrollment, click the “Request Enrollment” button on the Learn Anytime webpage.
Do I need to be admitted at a KCTCS institution to take a Learn Anytime course?
Yes. Whether you are visiting, transferring, or just out of high school, you will need to complete an application to KCTCS, and select one of our 16 institutions to serve as your Home Campus. See Admissions Process for more information.
Does this count as college credit?
Learn Anytime courses carry the same accreditation as a traditional online/on-campus course within KCTCS.
How do I submit payment?
Learn Anytime courses appear on your People Soft student account as any other KCTCS course does. Therefore, you can submit payment online through your student account, or at your Home Campus.
Can I use Financial Aid to pay for these courses?
Currently, we are unable to accept Financial Aid for Learn Anytime courses. This is due to the virtual nature of these courses. While Financial Aid is paid out in terms (spring, summer, fall), Learn Anytime courses may overlap these terms. This is not only problematic for making initial payment, but also may affect anticipated aid for future terms.
Can I use an employer tuition waiver to pay for these courses?
Yes. All forms of tuition waivers are acceptable and should be arranged with your Home Campus as normal.
What is the refund policy?
Students have 14 days to submit payment. After this time, students are financially responsible for the full tuition of the course. Prior to the 14th day, students may request to drop with a 100% refund. Partial refunds are not given.
How do I get my Learn Anytime credit sent to another institution?
Once grades have been posted, you can request transcripts through:

How do I drop/withdraw from my Learn Anytime course?
Withdrawal/drop requests must be submitted to the Learn Anytime Answer Center at LearnAnytime@kctcs.edu. Attempting to drop yourself through self-service or your Home College could result in inaccurate fee charges to your account.
