Lab Coat	$ 30.00 each (optional)
Radiography Kit	$75 annually (money order or certified check made payable to JCTC Bookstore)
Liability Insurance	$ 20.00 annually (money order or certified check made payable to KCTCS)
Uniforms	$ 50.00 per set
Vaccinations (if needed)	approximately $200.00 (one-time fee)
White Shoes	$ 50.00
Criminal Background Check	$ 50.00
